Angela Bogart Chamberlain, Athlete (Class of 1979)
Angela Bogart Chamberlain received four varsity letters in track. Angela was the first Southern female track athlete to qualify for the state meet. Angela holds the school record for the Mile.
John Gruszecki, Athlete/Contributor (Class of 1939) (posthumously)
John Gruszecki played football for Salineville High School in 1929 and 1939. While in the area, John coached little league teams. John promoted good conduct, learning the fundamentals, and good sportsmanship. As others remembers; everyone played, no one sat, his teams won and had fun.
Larry Kessler, Athlete (Class of 1959)
Larry Kessler received four varsity letters in football and basketball. Larry played on both Six Man and eleven man football squads at Salineville High School. Highlights of Larry's career include: All County Quarterback his junior and senior years, scoring 98 yards his senior year, throwing five touchdowns in one game, being an Evening Review "Spotlight Player," and being named Honorable Mention All State. Larry also played baseball and pitched many no hitters.
Daniel C. Saling Jr. Athlete (Class of 1981) (posthumously)
Daniel C. Saling Jr. received four year varsity letters (two in football and two in track and field). Daniel was Offensive Lineman of the Year; excelled at the shot put; undefeated in the Indian League for two years (1980-81); Tri-County League Shot Put Champion and County Meet Champion 1981. Daniel help the Shot Put Record for 23 years, 1981-2004.
George Wilson, Athlete (Class of 1955) (posthumously)
George Wilson participated in football for four years and basketball for two years. George is best remembered for his contributions to Coach Tom Leek's Six Man football squads. George was a member of the team that captured the Six Man Grid Title.
